I hate pissing contests, but if people would post facts instead of theories we could all make more money. If you think management sucks, then sell. If you believe in the science, but you think mgmt sucks, then hold but buy no more. You can't possibly get them out. Look at the disclosures on how much stock is directly held by mgmt. Then consider that they are all doctors, top scientists, and lawyers, several of them more than one of the above. This means they have well to do friends and family that are also serious holders. Even if you could accumulate 10 percent of the shares personally you can't get rid of these people.
BTW, they don't own a building, they rent in an office complex. The don't have luxurious offices and beautiful secretaries hanging around for eye candy. The aren't any luxury cars out in the parking lot. These people are serious. About to hit the limits of their business competency, maybe. Hopefully they will bring a few choice people and lock THEM up with options also. But they are not going anywhere.
