Nobody, FWIW, I have always thought the litigation would not be a slam dunk. My experience with another stock has taught me that rather quickly (Washington Mutual). My personal experience in two construction lawsuits also taught me that the only winners were the lawyers, and settlement out of court was generally the best path, though it never seemed the right path to me at the time. My experience also taught me it's one thing to win, it's quite another to get paid. Let's hope GERS can break out without having to count on the expected litigation damages, even though it will be a slower path to shareholder success.
