Nobody, FWIW, I have always thought the litigation would not be a slam dunk. My experience with another stock has taught me that rather quickly (Washington Mutual). My personal experience in two construction lawsuits also taught me that the only winners were the lawyers, and settlement out of court was generally the best path, though it never seemed the right path to me at the time. My experience also taught me it's one thing to win, it's quite another to get paid. Let's hope GERS can break out without having to count on the expected litigation damages, even though it will be a slower path to shareholder success.

I know you can't reply but you say it will be 2 years or more before any possible settlement and untill then no improvement in stock value. So then what about this news blackout period?, your 2 years must mean it does not have anything to do with settlement negotiations? Then why? Has there been nothing to PR, not even 1 new licensee in that time gone?
