to my knowledge the only time *advice*
was ever mentioned by mgmt was in context
with the spin off (fall 2009) that never

of the entity who got EXPH shares in APR

unlike *some* >> every EXPH share bought
was via the open market >> as i've always
posted >> there is no *gray* here and i'm
patient enough to wait out *all* aspects
since that is always part of MY risk/reward
strategy with any investment on the poorly
watched OTC

but as an actual shareholder in EXPO via EXPH
i had *concerns* in 2008 (credit implosion and
contraction and that immediate *short term*
and clearly long term impact on the co. specific
to suppliers and *demand*) and very much so in
2009 especially when it became clear just who
the *entity* was that orchestrated volume
and PPS movement on EXPH two times in 2009

but then all that *exists* via this venue
in posts *posted* contemporaneously which
is why i find it amusing what was revealed
via *the turn* mere *days* after 9/15/09

it has long since been turned over to those
who can actually do something >> here's to
what comes to pass and when .. perhaps less
than a few years .. :)
