#37258 RE: spokeshave #37254

spoke - sorry you took the comments as being aimed at you. They were not. You're not the only one who said it wouldn't happen for six months, and if memory serves me correctly, I only mentioned it once to you........

As for the "Ray lied" - maybe so, but a call to Brad acknowledges that they were told the week prior that the registration statement was being approved and in the final process. Paperwork was supposed to be issued in time for the meeting, but the beauracracy caused it to be a few days late.

Why is so important to be "right" about everything. It would make much more sense to divest oneself of this crappy stock and move on if your opinions are how you actually feel. Leave the worrying to the rest of us.

Funny isn't it - none of us "so-called pumpers" have actually pumped NVEI, and most of us don't pounce on every negative post. Yet, every basher "paid or not" can't seem to wait to have another post to pounce on. There's even a couple here who copy negative posts from banned persons and post them here for the "paid" basher, AND one who plays the game with them and makes the positive or semi-positive post just to offer a forum for their bashing. Pretty easy to figure out - just look.

Like I said before, I don't have a crow to pick with you, so I'd like to see you quit wasting your time jumping on everything I post. If I intended it for you, I'd use your name out of respect - not something I can say for several.

Spoke To me, it is clear that they have nothing, never did, and are misleading investors

So I just want to be clear about your contention, and all others claiming this is a scam.

Jack Peckham is a founder and director of Heritage Bank of Commerce in San Jose and is part of a scam about a non-existent tech. Maybe someone should notify his board of directors. He also has 38 years of experience in the chip industry I believe.

Krishna Yarlagadda, President of HelloSoft is part of a scam about a non-existent tech.

Vinod Dham, considered the father of the pentium processor, as a board member of HS endorses this scam.

Ron Victor, General manager of HelloSoft is also part of this scam.

David Wojcik who was vp of sales for Alcatel and worked for them for 10 years is part of a scam about a non-existent tech.

Thomas J. Cooper, former Senior Vice President, Corporate Development of GlobespanVirata, and employee of a wireless company is also part of this scam.

And of course Ray and Brad are part of the scam.

I have spoken personally with all of these men except the two from HS, and have received their assurances about the validity of NV's claims about the tech. I have also seen HS's president's statement in print, and heard Mr Victor give his opinion from the podium at the shareholder's meeting.

so, Spoke: Is this your contention, that they never have had a tech, and all of the above people are party to misleading investors?

They may have done many things wrong, but calling this a scam seems pretty ludicrous to me having the endorsement of the people above.
