Spoke To me, it is clear that they have nothing, never did, and are misleading investors
So I just want to be clear about your contention, and all others claiming this is a scam.
Jack Peckham is a founder and director of Heritage Bank of Commerce in San Jose and is part of a scam about a non-existent tech. Maybe someone should notify his board of directors. He also has 38 years of experience in the chip industry I believe.
Krishna Yarlagadda, President of HelloSoft is part of a scam about a non-existent tech.
Vinod Dham, considered the father of the pentium processor, as a board member of HS endorses this scam.
Ron Victor, General manager of HelloSoft is also part of this scam.
David Wojcik who was vp of sales for Alcatel and worked for them for 10 years is part of a scam about a non-existent tech.
Thomas J. Cooper, former Senior Vice President, Corporate Development of GlobespanVirata, and employee of a wireless company is also part of this scam.
And of course Ray and Brad are part of the scam.
I have spoken personally with all of these men except the two from HS, and have received their assurances about the validity of NV's claims about the tech. I have also seen HS's president's statement in print, and heard Mr Victor give his opinion from the podium at the shareholder's meeting.
so, Spoke: Is this your contention, that they never have had a tech, and all of the above people are party to misleading investors?
They may have done many things wrong, but calling this a scam seems pretty ludicrous to me having the endorsement of the people above.
