got to remember... the 8K stated "EXPECTED" to close before feb 12th... not that it "WILL CLOSE" before feb 12th..kapische! its all in the verbage baby.. we roll..and yes we could go down from here... but we could just as well go up.. IMHO OPMG

Not necessarily because no news only means that the merger did not take place at least 4 days ago. The date of Feb. 12 actually meant nothing as far as the completion date. It only means that either party could back out of the deal after that date if it hasn't been completed. Trust me, neither party is backing out!!! I think I will use this new abbreviation after someone makes me laugh......RDSWTLMAO.....rolling down steps while texting laughing my a$$ off!!!
