Maybe the time frame is off a little but SAPX will be above a dollar soon enough. The only reason they are struggling to keep the PPS up right now is nothing has been confirmed yet. Once they start putting out some confirmations on Neuromancer, Winter Queen, DMX, etc, i believe bigger investors will start stepping in. JMO.
