I don't plan to ever borrow any money to purchase, I
always have the money, it just hasn't settled the required
three business days. Scottrade only requires the 3 days
for stocks under $4.

Margin accounts are great, just don't use margin, can't with pennies anyway, but the flexibility is well worth it

Correct me if I'm wrong, but you have to have a Margin Account to day trade. At least, that's what TD Ameritrade told me.
