there will be NO RELEASE of anything until we know the closing date of the purchase.. the 12th was just the right to cancel date is all..we misunderstood.. OPMG IMHO

I really do believe the release will happen tomorrow. The reason tomorrow is SEC says 4 business days after the agreement date which is Sunday the 12th. That is 4 complete business days which means the 8k or PR will happen tomorrow. Maybe both who knows but one thing is certain we will find out when tomorrow morning gets here. Go OPMG and JMO.
