I understand where you are coming from, that it is incorrect as a matter of law and that it doesn't seem to make sense. But I'm willing to just go with it for the time being because Marchi is going to be out of here anyway not too long from now. So however he got into command is not my concern. I'm only concerned with his name disappearing from the NVSOS and OTC Markets websites.

And Marchi IS the President according to the NVSOS. He may have gotten there illegally, but to the T/A's point of view, whoever the NVSOS says is the President and officer, then that is who he views as the authorized person to discuss SS info with.

All I know is that Mr. Barton (majority shareholder) doesn't want him there, and steps are already going into affect to remove him ASAP.

Then the shareholders will vote in new officers, in the manner you describe it, and we can get on with a R/M. :-)
