Notice how good ol' CT left out the part about "maximizing the value of the patent" I am guessing this is just sour grapes for the guy. After all, he never closed ANY licensing deal. The thought of someone maximizing anything must just drive him nuts - given his loser streak. It would be wonderful if folks signed a petition for the receiver that CT and KP need to provide objective PROOF of their working hours in consideration of ANY payment request they have. He never showed up up at the first case in 2006, then he did that lame deposition with williamson. His business plan was to raise money from a guy....
