Cgfia,,,g success,,,your right about company ceo being corrupt i don see it here...

Is cgfia, a sub penny, barely missing a shell designation, perpetual start up mining exploration company with no company produced revenue a possible corrupt example? Hard to say directly.
Since issuing shares to yourself as a owner/officer of your own company AND selling the shares isn't illegal. Is living off your cgfia sharehoders for years illegal? No.

When does promising forever something is going to happen with cgfia's non proven mine property and never making a dime as a company start to weigh morally on cgfia shareholders? Not illegal, but not acceptable when looking at your pile of cgfia shares you don't want to sell at a loss.

If cgfia company officers are content to sell shares while playing delay games then I would call it corrupted. Corrupted as in addicted.
To playing the sub penny cgfia share selling game.
No amount of paper pushing with mining agencies and permit attempts can cover up whats going on the last three years...always waiting for the next thing. But the volume seems to stay the same....

If you didn't check the background of the merger candidate, here's a little data. American Sierra Gold Corp was C.E. ENTERTAINMENT, INC. an online music seller specializing in Ukrainian classical and folk music. C.E. failed totally. Maybe the Ukrainian music market was glutted world wide... yes, Ukrainian music in 2008/2009 was hotter than Michael Jackson on the internet... they couldn't compete. So, C.E. just decided to throw their incredible music experience into 'surprise' GOLD MINING. Surely professional Ukrainian music marketers know all about gold mining. Cgfia's merger candidate not only didn't make a dime before they were Sierra, they haven't made a dime since. Maybe that is why cgfia only needs to swap shares. From one no income to own another no income.

And on it goes.
keeping it real...
