gorb, I know I have heard the same RUMOR as you about all the insider buying... I want to see it IN PRINT to believe it... as far as the Restricted Stock...it has restrictions for selling, only PARTIALLY every quarter...and for XYZ amount of years. Dan needs to explain the Share Structure here...in a BAD way, to tell us HOW many shares are o/s and how many are restricted...and HOW many of the restricted can be sold..WHEN???
