The funny thing now is when I type PHMB in the "Get Quote" box, PHMB comes up? It didn't the last couple times, it said No results?? And now it has the (PN CE) on it? WTH does that mean?

I do remember when it would trade a billion shares in a day but I don't remember it ever being at .0002 back then, but that's OK. It's as dead today as it was back then.

Smuda took over and by 10/31/2010 the papers remained in default even the last few months that Gary was the CEO in 2009.
Not sure when it happened but now they are revoked.

I don't understand how any trades that have happened since then were able to happen with papers being out of date for that long.
