I think he was out or not at the office. But again he said it has not changed. So the SS he has sent to Joby which is in the iBox and what posted on the OTC website, (whether from Jan 2012 or Sept. 2010) is the current SS and there has been no reason to change that.
He also did agree that the stock has been shorted heavily and that they will have to cover eventually. This should prove very well for us shareholders.
I must say that I am pleasantly surprised that he gave me as much info as he did and talked to me for that long. He's a good guy and very knowledgeable.
