There is alot of info on the world wide web that can be found about CEOs like Smuda and Berthold and people associated with them. By following them from 1 scam to another and posting info with links we can put these kinds of CEO out of business faster than the SEC does by warning potential investors about them.
I like to call them CEOs(CONman Executive Officers)just like I have called PHMB pharmaCON biovet since I visited their "office suite" the summer of 08 and it turned out to be a PO Box at mailboxes plus which in an SEC filing Gary claimed to need $60K-$80K in fitup costs.
