There's no doubt in my mind that this company has staged pictures in the past to mislead people.
Interesting statement, to know the intent in another persons mind without a doubt.
In my mind, the only ways to know something without a doubt would be, a) corroboration by someone trustworthy that is/was privy to a discussion held relative to the topic (the intent and plan to mislead/deceive), b) to actually be involved in the planning of said misleading/deceptive actions. Of course, a third way would be a conviction in a trial of law, but obviously we do not have that to rely on here.
Which one applies to you? To paraphrase your battle cry: Proof of that intent, please.
It appears you are making an accusation of fraud here--a bold move on your part. A legal definition of fraud would be: "Fraud is commonly understood as dishonesty calculated for advantage." (Quote from The Free Dictionary by Farlex, however research of various sources confirms.)
Proving intent in fraud is quite difficult--I believe you are an intelligent person, so I am sure you know this, and am therefore looking forward to seeing your proof.
glty, and all posters here!
This will be my last post here regarding this. **************************************************************** The above statements represent my opinions only. Almost everyone has opinions about things, and these are mine about this.
