Well, Michael Porter said the opposite.

But REALLY GUYS, if it is not in print, it is NOT a fact that they are bound by. They PRd March 1, and have NEVER, IN ANY WAY, PRd anything about March 21 or 22.

I spoke with Peter a week ago and he told me he was reading off Nasdaq notification lettler on his desk and it stated March 20th is the due date.

im not making up crap about this. I spoke to Sharon Weinstein today (part of the PR firm) and she said that March 1st is NOT the date that they need to have the shareprice above $1
