And, that sort of a disaster as it appears was intended by management, would have addressed BOTH the completion of a hose job of shareholders in favor of T-Mobile re "use" and the future value, and ALSO the hose job of shareholders in favor of "the industry" relative to devaluing liability for prior "non-use" ?
