I understand it

The return on Lehman equities and or preferred seems to be impossible when you look the amount of claims

Except if all the claims are limited in recovery

And for a new Financial reason there is a return on preferred and equities if the judge manage to deal with claims

The judge is like the chairman of lehmq

Finally Washington mutual this is a little the same problem too
