Yea i know about the uplisting methods ,as you say and aggree.
Just my thoughts of the messages being sent about a few weeks ago of aggressively moving up in status and its importance,,going to for no reason backing abruptly up.
But as you say and rightly so, the day is not done and filing may in fact be done.
