Well - I must admit,... after reading the Judge's response to Calypso's motion to reconsider - he does seem to have a non-nonsense approach to the BS he has seen.

Now - we'll just have to see how the Receiver proceeds.
Bravo! Good for the judge! The judge has made the position clear (NO nonsense) and I feel very confident in the direction that the judge had given and think the appointment of a receiver is in the shareholders best interests - thank you for sharing this.
