They have never put out fluff PRs and all of the 8Ks are significant material events. This was a NASDAQ stock, and they guys who run it are some of the biggest names in NY. Just do a little background DD on:

Mark Dyne
Jerome Chazen
Stuart Goldfarb
Nathan Fong

They don't look at Atrinsic as a penny stock, so they are running the company like a NASDAQ stock. No fluff PRs, just SEC filings.
