Which is why I voted no on the A/S reguest. Till they get a handle on the naked shorting, its not a good idea to add fuel to the fire.

squ1dk1d good point but some action is better then no action and since asking your broker to this does not affect your account you any way then might as well everyone do it.
Who knows there might be some retail investors here that own few % of the company and if everyone on this board would do this then it would be better then doing nothing but I hear you. I encourage everyone to do this or at lease call your broker and inquire about this.
