Lob, how do you figure that this will be resumitted very soon when dean just admitted on Money tv that he HOPES TO RESUMIT this year. I would bet a modest sum that they NEVER RESUBMIT. Can't you reconize stalling when you see it, over a year to schedule a meeting, now another 4 months and nothing more has been done, wouldn't you think they would be doing the live scans, and bragging about them. sell and recover what little you have left.

Ahhh...the patent does not describe the way the software handles Cone Beam reconstruction and the FDA said so:

You provided a very broad overview discussion of cone beam reconstruction, not the
detailed description requested by the deficiency. What can be gleaned from the
response is that image data at the center of the reconstructed slice will be
considerably better than data interpolated radially further from the center of the
image. While it may currently be possible to obtain a decent image with between 60
and 100 projected images, using only 36 is likely to result in significant radial
ariifacts or other issues. In fact, the descriptive image of the reconstruction technique
you provided appears to suggest that there will be radial artifacts. Please provide a
more detailed description of your reconstruction technique.

IMO we still don;t even know if this is post processed and being promoted as a real time system. I notice Medtronic Oarm promtion do say real time.

Patents reference a general way of indexing images but says nothing on how it updates this images faster or more efficiently than what exists in the market today. Specifically the Z axiz.
