Illume, and the acquiring company, I acq, are both Delaware companies. There are no new filings there, I have checked, as of this morning. The Nevada filing shows it as Illume, Inc. So, that part must be a new registration in Nevada, not just the amended share designation. I think it is otherwise knows as Illume Software, Inc. in Delaware.
