It's not difficult when we have facts. Although you have stated the opposite, Fact is CPRKQ was not "run" by Nethers. He was not a CPRK CEO. He is not a controlling interest shareholder. He's not a majority shareholder. Reverse split means you have FEWER shares at a HIGHER price. Stock options DO split.
