This guy has an incredible background including working at the very highly regarded consulting firm of McKinsey & Company. For someone like this to leave Tatus and choose go to PTSC is a very bullish signal IMO. He clearly expects the company to grow.
If e.Digital were to hire some qualified executive, it would show some crediblity and give them a chance to grown and become profitable, something e.Digital has never stated is even a goal.
They could start immediately by contracting with Tatum for an interim CFO. They also need a qualified CEO as well, but a CFO with turnaround experience could help get the company on the right track.
