Nope there is not a problem with that! The problem is this company has a history of raising cash and only putting it in the insiders pockets. Not growing the company or protecting the share holders interest. Wash, Rinse and repeat. With the same players with their finger prints all over, same PR games but, with a new name but, same old shell! Why would ANYONE Expect anything different!?!?!
IMO sub-Penny by Memorial day if not de-listed before!!
DHSM - Thousands of shares bidding at $0.29 and not being shown on level2's. A manipulative bid whack at $0.20 well below higher buy orders. Short selling manipulators in action.
