Looking at the last paragraph below - in what situation would someone no longer be CFO of a company but stay on the BOD as a consultant and then when they resigned from the BOD, stay on as Secretary and Asst. Treasurer. Does it seem this might have happened as part of retirement? I can't imagine if there was something wrong that they would have kept him on in any capacity. One last thing, someone who is a Colonel in the Army is not going to join a company that is doing anything that is not above board. It could be they found this guy after they had already signed Doran and decided he was a better fit.
