My bet is that there will be

I agree completely. But what will be really great is elimination of mental anguish and stress that the management must be going through every day. Within a short time-frame a lot of bad mojo will go away. This should free up management's ability to focus on:

1) The business plan
2) Recruiting high-quality dealers
3) ASSISTING their EXISTING dealers
4) Product verifications
5) Building and executing a marketing plan

Sadly all of these things haven't received 100% attention yet. Soon - they may.
