Perhaps i have misread (and I hope thats the case) but most of the profit is from savings on restructuring of notes. Also this news is covering a 6 month period, the first three months of which was more profitable than the last based on their last filing. Also, this article was released...

They had a net profit of 8.4 million the hthree months ended sept 2011. They had a net profit of 3.8 million the 6 months ended dec 2011. They lost money the past 3 months.
