I have seen a few ETF's that look great and a few not so much. Perhaps this would have flat bottoms if there was no dilution.

This one looks real imo. The other short ETF's are freaking me out and possible bear traps. ~ $DUG ~ Possibly going long scan results (Daily and Weekly) for for the week of March 1st 2012 - Daily and Weekly views.
