I view Mart’s contribution as a private equity

investment, with the added perk that he gets a chance to come and go as he pleases, the Warren Buffet of pinky. IMHO Ken Hurley is still at the helm.

Another private equity investment by a different firm might actually raise some eyebrows. Don't know if that is possible legally before SDVI/GRAFF is fully clarified. However, if history teaches us anything, proper selection of that perfect equity partner is crucial. glty
