Given this newest revelation (ie; via Congress), I bet we'll be outta .004's after tommorrow, never to look back again. And this, even without RFMK news.
As soon as more IHubbers realize that potstocks (RFMK, etc.) are not nearly as 'questionable' of an investment as they were prior to Congress's recent decision, there's gonna be a stepped up buying of shares.
I myself have had some reservations, knowing how screwball the Feds can be, and how they can affect 'companies' such as RFMK.
This recent decision by Congress to hand all jurisdictional rights/authority to the state and local gov'ments seems very similar to me to be much like SFIO when the FDA could not classify their ecig as a drug delivery device. Once the FDA lost their case, SFIO took off like crazy on speculation alone.
If there was ever a reason to hold RFMK tight, Congress's new ruling is IT!
