Being in a loss position on any given stock does not necessarily qualify it as "one giant investor scam". Loss positions are the results of other things: buying too high, disappointments with things not unfolding according to a time line, earnings shortfalls, etc. Investor Scams are a different breed entirely - and I don't think IDCO is one.
