according to the company-

the AG supervisory board was dissolved in Sept 2011 as the new GmbH structure eliminated the need for such a group.
FL has not had any advisory capacities with the company, but 'may' have had one directly with CSteinborn (odd- makes one wonder about CS's leaving NEOM).
FL remaining mentioned on the website was a company oversight.

also interesting is that this seems to have hit some sort of a nerve w/ LM-
quick response to my request for comment.
