Let's say news comes out tomorrow and we close at .01. We will cross it on Feb 17 if we maintain the .01 close until then.

Just something of substance to keep our eyes on. Rather than saying the GC is coming, we can put out a pretty reasonable estimate on it based off math, rather than here say.
