R/S was completed well before " chill order " and the PPS declined more than 90 % so the reason to attract new investors was bogus.

I do agree, if and I mean if DTRO is a viable company we will be in limbo for quite some time.

Larrucea doesn't even have the decency to inform shareholders of it's situation.
