Hard to understand what they have sold here? "1508 Minerals claims"? Was this this Lithium claims or some other minerals? Sounds like something other than Lithium.

Great post!

But to sell out @ 10% in the ground valve would not be as good for WL's plan and the future of the company.

A JV to mine would increase the value and share holders investment and the company into a real mining company with a bright future.

I hear everyone saying great news. It is good to know a possible valuation based on a similare circumstance in case we do a JV or merger. However, based on using that same formula, I came up with the following...
24,000 acres times $30,000 per acre = $7,200,000,000.
10% of that is $ 72,000,000.
$72,000,000. divided by 15,000,000,000. shares is $.0048 per share. ( not so great ) Im hoping my math is off, or that I miscalculated something. ( please share any input ) I know we may have more acres, however this will not drasticaly change anything if my calculations are correct. Also, I used the high end of $30,000 per acre. What if it is more near the $10,000 to $20,000 per acre. Any input would be appreciated.
