your post makes a lot of since, I remember in the past and still to date.. Usually they would send some pretty awesome news then BAM a R/S or massive A/S increase.
It seems though people may have hatred for the DTCC and FINRA, it really does appear they are taking steps to contain it. Just wish we had avenues to get unstuck as the average Joe.
They know they risk the chill or lock when they bring a large block for deposit with the same person within months of the last deposit. The DTC made it clear the offenders know exactly what is happening, because of their actions. It is simply gambeling to see who gets caught.
