The symbol you are attempting to trade has been recently deemed Non-DTC eligible.

I believe this statement is materially inaccurate. Their response is months and months old. All we need to do is check a more recent update:

As stated before, I verified with Master Trader that their database is updated WEEKLY. They responded in the affirmative. Zecco is blowing smoke. Anyone who wishes can verify for themselves.
