I don't think anyone's going to have trouble with the dividend, but this will DEFINITELY drive the naked shorting to the surface, so if they do issue the 10% dividend (and they won't be the first company to change symbols/ do a split / issue a stock dividend that they claimed would "out" naked shorting and did nothing) and there's no short squeeze, then what?

Will we hear that "the stock dividend doesn't actually work against NSS"?
