Bloomberg. Dow jones. Ap. that is where I have typically started. My experience which is constantly changing is that twitter is blurring the lines. That is a huge grey area but it is clear that any public facing outlet which has access to public news service is ok. As an aside I am sure many herd of Whitney's passing through twitter first. Which cause problems for the sec because validating twitter as a source - umm. Difficult.

I hub would not be a source but a provider as most of its news is source from the 3 stated in the first line.

So can Baltia just release a note that they have submitted the application. Because incorrect info is just as damaging as info told only to a few.
