LATE BREAKING NEWS!!Howard signed a Notification of late filing on 12/29/2011!!!Subsequently Howard signed the Annual Report on January 13th,2011!!That makes these documents Howard's and howard's only!!! Although the notification of late filing means ABSOLUTELY NOTHING at this point, I must say it was good to see it filed(NEARLY 6 WEEKS AGO)!!!! NOT MANY OTC COMPANY'S EVEN BOTHER TO TAKE THE TIME TO FILL OUT THE READILY AVAILABLE AND STANDARD FOR ALL OTC REPORTING COMPANY'S NOTIFICATION OF LATE FILING DOCUMENT!!![/color]
