I don't know if 20/30% will be a small or a big amount but for sure it's not 70/90%.

If, for example, 1B is actualized revenues of patent, do you buy it for 7/800M ? 2/300 gross profit (in 10 years!) minus management, legal fees, risk, etc. what is your profit at the end of next 10 years (+/- end of patent) ?

With the same (example!) 1B and my hypothetical split: 200/300M for us, 1/1.5$ PPS INSTEAD OF : 3.5/4.5 pps... that means 3x auction "output".

So in my opinion the point is not or not only patent value but how to split it.

BTW, better 20% of something that 90% of nothing... :-)
