Just sayin, if he's been "Trying' to get back in since .08, all you have to do is buy in, it ain't rocket science. Now, if he said he's trying to wait for a dip thats a whole other thing entirely.
Side note, If you think a certain stock is going up (and I'll use this as an example) what's the difference if you buy at .14 or 16 if you are convinced it's going to .20+, your gonna profit either way.
