For oil to be called "Fuel oil #6", it must satisfy the nationally defined criteria for "Fuel oil #6" set by the American Society for Testing and Materials (ASTM).

All "fuel oil #6" must satisfy this definition, and hence all "fuel oil #6" is similarly toxic sludge. JBI makes "fuel oil #6".

If JBI made an oil that had "better" characteristics than "fuel oil #6", they sure as hell wouldn't (and couldn't) call it "fuel oil #6"

Ergo, any article about TOXIC #6 SLUDGE, is also about JBI's TOXIC #6 SLUDGE.
