I don't know if the Judge will buy the arguements, or just wishes this to be resolved,...

But this does seem to be a relatively evenhanded, and reasonable appeal.

CLYW's lawyers filed this?!? Again it's coming out of the officer's pockets which at this point will not get filled by the receiver. 'Hurt the shareholders' actually only the officers, they didn't have our interest at heart for years, why all of a sudden the change. LOL
