I've been a stock holder for many years. Low 6 digit investor. I've read all the notes on why Baltia won't/can't say anything to the board. HELLO. Anything they say can be constued by all of us either positive or negative, therefore prompting some to take investment action either positive or negative. That is illegal and some of you should get up to snuff on what they can and cannot say, which basically is to shut up.
