1. Criminal - police for conversion, grand theft, maybe fraud, collusion to commit grand theft, fraud, other charges that can be stacked on.

2. Civil - lawsuit, may go to court to establish true ownership of court.

3. Bar Association - if guilty, Morey's kicked out of Bar Association.

IMHO you have alot of practical common sense and I think the last couple of postings by Larimar have "shined alot of light" on what some of those plans would have been if the average reader reads her posts carefully and thinks about it...
Maybe by LArimar posting all the information that she posted
the members of the coleman family who own this shell will see that "the cat is out of the bag" now.
Maybe they wil hire some HONEST PROFESSIONAL people who do NOT have a criminal or otherwise suspicious past and sell the AIMH shell to a legitimate buyer...
Hopefully Daniel Coleman will stop posting these long winded innuendos of his peppered with religous diatribes on the raging bull website...
Hopefully if Paul Coleman does indeed call Joby it will be for advice and not to try and con him... Maybe Joby can help him find a real buyer.... WHO knows... Maybe Kenneth Colmans widow owns the 51% of AIMH and WANTS TO GET this SHELL SOLD LEGITAMATELY.
